Here are some other qualities that leaders of tomorrow may have:
  • Community stewardship: Serving for the greater good with joy and love
  • Curiosity and humility: Approaching conversations with a desire to learn, consider multiple points of view, and understand the complexity of issues
  • Passion: Being passionate about their work and team goals, and inspiring their team members to work hard
  • Setting an example: Establishing a culture and environment for their company, and being attentive to the needs of their people
  • Being open: Being open to suggestions and ideas

A unique  experience for future leaders

The goal of the Business Department is to provide students with a dynamic real world experience and up-to-date knowledge of specific computer applications in a simulated business environment in order to prepare our students for success in college and the world of work. Students have the opportunity to earn multiple Industry Certifications and Valencia College Career Pathways Credits.
